Since Maisy started her own business back in June 2015 most of her clients are owner managed or have less than 5 staff. As she works with the owners in a bespoke way, she gets to not only know their business, but also them as people. This allows her to understand what their drivers are and what they actually want from their business in terms of self development and fulfilment, not just a salary.
Maisy has over 25 years of Customer Service and Administration experience, this makes her an excellent communicator. In previous working roles she has been a senior manager and for the last 4 years a Director of Customer Services for a technology company. Setting service levels, building teams, creating processes to certified standards, overseas development, project management, new and existing business development and ultimately helping to gain the company a super brand status.
All this experience has allowed her to offer her skills to small businesses and their owners. She offers a cost effective and flexible work programme that does not affect the overhead by the burden of employment. She can offer 2 hour slots, half days or full days, this allows the owner to budget against the cash flow. The use of Skype is becoming more popular and opens up the service to a Nationwide reach as she does not have to meet face to face keeping costs to a minimum.
